Week review and next week goals

I will likely not be logging into SparkPeople from an actual computer for the next week and a half, as I tend to only log in at work. I will however be tracking my food and weight and exercise with the app on my iPhone. I've had a good week, Pilates last night was good, and I think I'm well positioned to survive Christmas without gaining any weight.
My actual goals for the next week+ are
1) no sugar, except possibly one or two small things Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
2) eat mindfully. No eating when I'm not hungry or just cuz it's there or I'm bored or anything like that. No eating food I don't like just cuz it's there. Enjoy every bite, and only as many bites as I need to not be hungry. Chew!!!!
3) walk at least 4 days, aiming for up to 6 days of the next 11.
