Burn Out Boot Camp Fridays - part 5

Weigh in: 156.4 lbs
Squats: 250 w/ 30lb bar
Push-ups: 34 :-/
Sit-ups: 300 (so next Friday we'll be weighted. I asked trainer if they'd be weighted today and she said if we pass 200 it would be. So that was my goal. I forgot to check my goals from last week before setting out this morning)
Plank: 3:39!! Freakin' finally.
Walking Lunges: 65 w/ 25lb plate. It was very tough, I had to reset a couple times and probably wasn't as low as I needed to be.

So next week's goals:
Squats: 300-325
Push-Ups: 40!
Sit-ups: 150? We should weight this next time.
Plank: Hit 3:30 again, maybe 3:45
Walking Lunges: 70
