Weigh-in day! And it sucked! Scale showed I was up over a pound. But considering what time of month it is, and knowing that my calorie intake hasn't really changed, I'm not going to worry about it. I am instead focusing on the pictures I posted yesterday as proof that what I am doing is still working. And I have gained a lot of muscle mass doing the 30 Day Shred. So I'll just keep on my path. And I think I might change weigh-ins to once a month.
