BurstFIT Day 3 - Legs & Core

Day 3 done! I could really feel it in my legs tonight, especially my quads. When I first joined SP 4.5 years and 35 pounds ago, I never did before pics. Wish I had. Took a couple tonight as I want to see the change in me as I got through this BurstFIT challenge. I will post the pictures later.

Great workout, I was exhausted at the end. But I'm really enjoying it and look forward to the final results.
