Oops, missed Tuesday... Wednesday it is!

So, Monday night I survived the Chorus holiday party with out ANY sweets, with only 2 small plates of food, and only grazed the table once after that. I only went a little bit over my calories and am generally proud of myself.

Tuesday, we had a lovely breakfast at work as a gift from our property management. I had NONE of the pastries and stuck to the veggie frittata, a tiny bit of bacon, and 2 small glasses of fruit juice. THEN the gift basket from the property management arrived later in the day full of all kinds of wonderful treats. I had savory only and managed to skip all the sweets. I did end up eating too much overall yesterday, cuz I hadn't planned on the savory treats as part of my daily calories, but I'm still counting it as a win for not having any sugar. There are 15 sparkly butterfly stickers on my calendar now. :D

Today will be another good day. GO ME!
