Wednesday, December 19, 2012

I'm weighing in at 184 and I'm actually proud of myself... I would like to hit 180 on new years day so I'm going to be concentrating on that number and make it happen... If you look through my pics and look at 2012 compare to 2011 my face looks different and i feel better about myself... I recently got engaged and my wedding is set for 10/19/13 so i basically have around 8-9 months to work my ass off lol !!!!! so to speak ... my wedding goal weight is 165.... so spark buddies wish me ENDURANCE !!!!!!!!!!!! No more New Years Resolutions for me I'm just making up my mind to do the damn thing !!!!! I just want to continue as I am ...striving to be the best me possible

sometimes it is not about making a resolution but instead a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. that should make the weight come off and stay off.

And Kai, You will find the endurance because you have 8-9 months to stay focus. You have come along way from 2011, but with the journey there is learning/experiencing what works and doesn't work for you. And watching you discover what your body needs-talking it out, falling off the wagon and coming back on.. and still pushing along. I have love watching you do this. And honey, soon very soon-with all the tears/sweat. On that special day and life after becoming MRS. you will continue to push. LOVE YOU. LETS WORK/ AND DO THIS, BABY!!!
