It's been 6 months since I last wrote a blog -- just doesn't seem possible!

Since I last posted . . .
Have been maintaining my weight loss from the beginning of the year with a few pounds up and down. Exercise -- I'm still crazy about Spinning and walking -- and I know that has helped me not gain back all the weight I lost on the Simple Diet.
What's on my mind . . .
Time for a tune-up!
I'm remembering something Dr. Anderson wrote in his book -- how he regularly returns to the Simple Diet basics. I'll find that quote somewhere, but for now that's what's on my mind: returning to the 3 shakes, 5 Fruits and Veggies, and 2 entrees/day. Keeping it simple and sticking with Simple.
