We had a cold rain this morning. That dog of mine walked just long enough to do his business then refused to take another step. He hunkered down in the grass and no amount of talking or tugging could persuade him to keep going. So, what do I do but pick him up, tuck him inside my jacket and carry him for the next 2+ miles. Spoiled (happy) pooch!

I managed the trip to the gym just fine. It really helps me to have someone to go with me. I was surprised at how little strength I have lost in the past two months since I was last there. I did squats on the leg press machine and had to add weight! It looks like my niece wants to go back again tomorrow, so I will probably go too. Cooper stayed with my neighbor, and she said she would take him again tomorrow, so he didn't even have to go in his crate.

So, today's workout was 9.2 miles walking (it cleared up in the afternoon, so I was able to get the dog to walk), 20 min on the elliptical (at level 12), some of the weight machines, ball exercises, some yoga and a couple short hooping sessions. I didn't get much else accomplished today. lol! I did get my SIL to take a picture of me with my niece so I can post updated before and after pictures tomorrow. The thing I noticed most in the new picture is how much better my posture is... I let you see tomorrow.
