    emoticon emoticon on the 5 pound loss! That is terrific! I also liked the food ideas that you gave. I have tried spaghetti squash before and I liked it. I forgot all about it I am going to have to add that back into my food plan.

    I am SO glad that you did a vlog, because it was so fun to see and feel your excitement!! I know you have wanted the 220's for so long and I'm glad it's finally here! I know that you are going to keep moving down and not back into the 230's! Woohoo!! :D emoticon emoticon

    I know what you mean about those dvds, and they can help so much. I get so excited and I go on youtube and I see what they are doing and I realize I can't do 90 percent of those moves. Some of it because yeah, I'm fat, but a lot of it is because of the arthritis in my knees. I know I will do it for 3 days and have swollen knees and have to stop. I wish there were easy moves that could even just give half the results of the intense *facepalm* LOL.

    You and me are TWO peas in a pod, I know I was 205 at age 18, so I haven't been under 200 in almost 9 years (I'm about to be 27), it's crazy! You are so awesome!!

But you have fair warning, when January rolls around I'll get a new fire lit under my tush, but I know you can beat me! Keep it up!! emoticon
