Here it is a week before Christmas, and I have already overdone the holiday eating! We went to a Christmas dinner at church; it was catered but everyone brought a dessert. Needless to say, it was soooo hard to pass up all those homemade sweet treats! I didn't sample everything, but I did sample three different desserts (sample size).
Of course, later I regretted it and felt guilty. I don't need the calories OR the sugar rush. Do any of you have tips for passing up the goodies? When I don't eat any dessert, it seems to draw attention to me (or maybe that's just my excuse to sample??). This time of year is SO HARD!!
