My life has been crazy since the beginning of November. On the 10th I woke up to my house on fire...in the garage. Got my family out and watched the fireman do their thing, though it was a total lost b/c of the smoke damage. So we lived in a hotel for about a month, then we moved into a temporary appt. on Dec. 3rd and we will be in there until May or June.

My health went down the tube, BP shooting up to the point of needing meds... Ugh! I can't believe I've lost weight, joined a gym, that I actually enjoyed attending, started eating better then Bam, my BP goes haywires. I also had a URI for about two weeks and needed meds for that. What is going on?

My youngest daughter moved out the temp appt. and my oldest is looking for a place. I'm not to upset about that, it was time. Hubby is doing ok I guess even though he's been hyper attentive to me. I am not looking forward to Christmas, I never really enjoyed this time of the year anyway though I'm thankful for Jesus and my family being together and well.

My heart goes out to the families in CONN. I just can't imagine their loss and pain! :-( so then I look at my life and say it will get better! Lord comfort their hearts!!!

Wow, that is a lot to deal with. Did you lose everything? What size do you wear? I need to clean house a bit and would be glad to send you a care package.

I agree about Christmas. it is a mixed bag, so many expectations, and for what? Wrong date, wrong message.....but still I love the music, and the symbolism.

Glad your hubby is attentive, stress can be a blessing for seeing what is important.

Stay strong, life is good. If you have specific needs, for clothes just let me know sizes--I've been most of them and need to make room. I'd love to help you out.
