Holly Jolly 10 Week Challenge

So I've joined in on the 10 week Holly Jolly challenge along with the "20-29s that have 50+ pounds to lose" spark team. My mission with this post is to simply state exactly what it is I'm hoping to accomplish during this 10 weeks.

Well one of my personal challenges that I've given myself is to lose 30 by 30. This self made goal is for me to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday (May 18th 2013). I refuse to continue to bring this weight into the 30s. I'm hoping this challenge will finally give me the kick start I need.

I'm hoping this challenge will also help me boost up my activity points. Before this week I had recently noticed how much more sedentary I have become. I'm hoping that I can add activity back into my schedule and boost some metabolism.

Next I'm hoping this challenge will keep me motivated during the holidays. (Did I mention I have 4 holiday parties this week!) With so much food and desserts going around it's so hard to keep from eating everything in sight!

Last like everyone else, I want to lose weight!!! I want to lose about 10lbs during this challenge. I feel like I'm capable of losing a pound a week with hard work, dedication, and help from my team!! emoticon
