Big changes?

We all try to change for the better. Break bad habits, eat better, get fit. For me these changes have been great but often intermittant. This past 6 months I have made a real effort to be consistant. I made big changes in diet and excercise and it has payed off. I am feeling the best about myself than I have in a long time. Although the weight loss hasn't been as dramatic as I like. People are noticing and it feels great. Most of all I am proud of my effort. I know I can continue to live with these changes and look forward to what will come.

This outlook has inspired me to make big changes to other areas of my life. I plan on going to graduate school to further my career and open up options I hadn't even thought about before. I know I can succeed with this too. My family is so supportive and I know they are inspired as well.
