To Much Holidays, goals, and weight check.

160 today.

so i am back up again. I was so happy to be down to 157, and now i have blown it again..
so now hopefully to get back on track.

or to just try to stay close to even over the holidays. I need to be better at charting. i haven't been doing well overall.


155 not there yet, but it will stay the same
drink water, i have also been struggling with this, stay the same
exercise... continue this one

I am going to start Pilates today. Lets see how this works.

    Don't be too hard on yourself... this time of year most of us are lucky to maintain our weight, never mind trying to lose! It comes down to looking after today - tomorrow will be there to look after tomorrow. My suggestion is that if you only do one thing for yourself, let it be drinking and tracking the water. It gives some equilibrium to the day.

    The holidays are hard for weight-conscious people! I have successfully had two days without eating sugar and bread. So far, I'm on target for the third day, and I feel like I'm more in control than when I eat too many sweets and carbs emoticon emoticon emoticon .
