I had a bad weekend. I didn't exercise on saturday and my food was awful on saturday as well. I blame holiday parties. Also, it is so much easier for me to get in exercise when my husband isn't around dragging me to movies and restaurants. Oh well, I made up for it by having a decent day yesterday. Back on track today.
I did lose one pound last week. Which puts me right on track for my long term goal. Woo Hoo!
I still need to update on my The Spark program goals. Maybe I'll make some time to write everything up after derby practice tonight...
