Managing Holiday Stress

Our week one ITC challenge for the Winter Biggest Loser competition is to find three ways to better manage holiday stress. I think during this time of holiday craziness, this is a perfect ITC. My three ways are:
1. Making sure to get in 3-5 workouts each week. Working out helps keep my stress level down. It seems though as life gets crazy, working out is the first thing that gets taken out of my schedule.
2. Jason and I took a night to go to a neighboring town. We enjoyed the night of looking at lights and spending the night in a hotel. This helped lower my stress by giving me a night without a 3 page to do list.
3. Remembering the true reason for the season, instead of getting caught up so much into the hustle and bustle.
