When did you join SP and how close are you to your goal weight?

Member since 10/15/2008 total weight loss to date 20 pounds. Typing that was a real reality check for me. It shows my inconsistencies with the program and lack of dedication. Have been the most focused recently I need to get healthy.

    I lost most of my weight the first few months of joining back in 2007. Since then I have gained back half but well on my way to do it right in 2013....

    Joined in October of 2010 but didn't even finish my profile until a year later when i decided it was really time to make a change. Lost 68lbs since last year but i am on a plateau for the last 2 lbs.

    03/2008...I'm down 20 lbs and maintaining. After a slow start on one hand, learning the system and gathering more info, I worked really hard then I found a few other areas that needed some decluttering (weight loss wasn't the only thing I wanted to manage) and with a few injuries/illnesses I moved my goal to maintaining. I was at a weight I've been at most of my life and it's comfortable only now with healthier ingredients. There's nothing wrong with going slow as long as you're making progress. A healthy lifestyle is about more than just losing weight but all the areas of your life that makes relapsing easier. It important to be kind as you make the effort to the new masterpiece, the NEW YOU! emoticon

    P.S. - I'm at the mid point of my goal assuming I keep the original goal.

    Excellent you said...seeing this in writing can show whatever inconsistencies or super duper progress you are making. I joined March 28, 2011(officially) and I am down 98 pounds. I am about 16 pounds from GOAL and I will continue to work HARD until I get there :) This 20 month ride has just been a series of daily's our choice whether or not we exercise and it's our choice what and how much we put in our mouths! Keep pressing forward!!

    Sometimes you need to bring things into prespective. I joined SP in July 2011 and I have lost a little over 50lbs. I have been struggling between 5lbs loss and gains for several months. Losing focus or motivation is common you just have to push start and make it happen emoticon

    I joined March of 2011 and I am down 27 pounds...83 pounds away from where I'd like to be.
