My week of doing things I never thought possible

Well this week , I believe my fitbit one has really shown me how much or how little I am actually doing. !0,000 steps a day seemed impossible but yet I exceeded it several times. But 70,000 steps for the week seemed like a huge mountain I would never meet yet this week I did 70514 steps.
. I have been stuck for a while never getting past 165. Today I weight 164.2lbs I only have 9.8 pounds to my goal weight. I believe I will make it there. I now know I am the only one limiting myself. I may be 46 but I feel like I am in my twenties. Just because I chain smoked and was overweight for 40 years that this isn't who I am now. I am getting fitter everyday I am healthy and most importantly happy with who I am.
