Chocolate Chip Frap from McDonalds. An iced cappuccino drink with chunks of chocolate and caramel and chocolate sauce drizzled over a mountain of whipped cream emoticon
Simply amazing!! But, at a whopping 630 calories for a medium size :( I hate everything else at McDonalds, but this little treat is becoming an almost daily indulgence and I need to stop!!

Maybe you can try to make an iced coffee at home with nonfat milk and splenda???

I hear you. I think a lot of things we think of as "addictions" are simply "habits". There are good habits and bad ones. For example for awhile back in the summertime when we first moved, I was adjusting to an hour commute and I felt like the only thing that could get me through was a stop at DQ on the way home every day. I did this for almost a month! Yes Dairy Queen every day for a month! Finally I realized this was a very bad habit and I promised to break it. I told myself I could only have it twice the next week so I had to pick my days, and I really looked forward to it those days and it made me able to get through the rest of the days of the week knowing I had a treat coming. Eventually I managed to stop altogether- although, I will confess to still stopping every now and then, I mean, I'm only human after all :)

Sounds great but I refuse to drink calories. I drink flavored coffee instead at zero calories. Right now my favorite is spicy egg nog! Good luck stopping! emoticon
