I just made the most unbelievable Paleo Pasta ever!
I got the idea from a pasta maker in America. But they wouldn't ship it to Canada, so I developed my own recipe. The ingredients are a little different from theirs. All paleo, wheat free, gluten free, grain free, dairy free. Fairly low carb, although not completely starch free. I would consider this a Paleo-friendly treat for perhaps a Sunday dinner or something.
I made some, and EVEN I couldn't have told you it wasn't made with grain flour. I grew up eating fresh pasta as my Grampa Rocky owned and was Head Chef in a three star restaurant called "Rocko's"
Also, it only took me 5 minutes to prepare and cook.

Total Carbs: 25.8 g
