taking the weekend off

Ever since i've been working out i always take the weekends off. I find time to do other things that will help me come back stronger the next week, like i will go for long walks, i'll ride a bike some were,or i'll just relax. I found out that after i relax on the weekends i always come back to the gym much stronger then the last week. I've been doing alot of things that deals with fitness this time around that i only have one good to relax and thats on sunday. So my time with keeping myself physically fit this time around is an everyday thing. I have to learn how to do this fitness thing i think i committed on this before its just that i have too this up front with my self more then anything.So i have to focus on education, timing, and alot of hard work to get the way i want myself too look like in the near future.     Working out is good, as long as you balance it with rest and eating right.
    I found the tracking tools - for both food and fitness - are very helpful.
    I have to watch my sodium and cholesterol intake so I especially track those things. It's harder the older we are, to make up for years of BAD choices...but it's still possible! MayGod bless you on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.
