Quick update: Day 14

Sodium was high yesterday; everything else was good. I don't mind the high sodium as much since I think most of it came from homemade lentil soup - which was AWESOME and lots of fiber, protein, and veggies. I used less broth and salt but didn't bother to change the NI in the database, so I probably ate less than the tracker shows.

SparkPeople is yelling at me that I'm burning too many calories and need to adjust my calorie range... not sure if I want to, as I don't know if all weeks will be as fitnessy as this week.

Off to do holiday prep type things.
