Changes in Me

I've noticed a lot of changes this week. I love my fitbit one. 10,000 steps a day seemed like an impossibility at first. But now it is a challenge I meet almost daily, I look forward to fitness, By telling my self I only have to do 10 minutes I have been exercising daily but most days it is an hour or so. When I forget something and have to go back to my office at work I don't get annoyed I look as it as an opportunity for more steps. I park in a parking lot at work called the PIT and it is 90 ++ steps to the top. I dreaded it before and now I start my day having done 5 flights before I start work.I have been watching much less tv and don't miss it. I have energy and even though I am taking the time to workout daily I am getting wore done. People at work are commenting on my avoiding all the christmas goodies at work and come to me for advice on recipes and fitness. I am spreading my spark and fire and it feels good.
