Loosing a walking buddy can be discouraging but it looks like you're still walking, bravo! emoticon

It's great that you can still enjoy foods and then correct it with walking.

My human walking buddies have quit on me, guess I'm too much of a challenge on those steep country hills. I lost my best walking canine last spring and the other two can't go long distance (one is lame and the other has anxiety issues). Got a new pup but can't walk her long distance for the first year while her bones are still growing. Her first birthday in February so in the spring we'll get out there.

Happy New Year! May 2013 bring you success!

That is great that you are still walking but sorry you lost your partner. I can't seem to find anyone other than my mp3 player. And cheating-ah we all do it!

Hi! I am sorry to hear that you lost your walking partner. Sounds like it is time to buy yourself an MP3 player with earphones! Makes a great walking companion! About the rest of your blog, I can totally identify with those same issues...wanting to slide back to old habits, but in the long run we want to strive for a healthier lifestyle to live longer! I'm rooting for you! emoticon emoticon emoticon
