Okay...so I decided to shoot for a min of 7 hours sleep. How did I do? 2 hours. Too busy looking at this website and watching a movie on net flix. Maybe tonight I can start a new habit.

SP is addicting, but you must learn to limit your time. Exercise and sleep are more important. Add it to your schedule to only be on SP for a set amount of time. Set a timer and when it goes off, get up and do some exercises. 2257 days ago
