Slowly but steady

I am loosing weight. I just went under the 96 kilos mark, point I have not been in a long time. My goal was to get under 90 by January next year. I might have to review this. Nevertheless, I am very pleased the way I am loosing weight and above all the way my condition is getting better and the way I am feeling and looking now. I will keep moving forward.
