    That's totally true about weight gain and how you get muscle so easily which adds WEIGHT! I have actually shifted the scales because they really change my mood. I think the best thing to do is actually measure and also see how you're fitting into your clothes...But yeah, also being honest is crucial. For me, I can't help it, if I see a number, it really clouds my judgment!
    In any case, it sounds like you're finding a good balance and listening to how your body is doing as well as checking the scales..
