Biggest Loser Challenge: Post 3 Ways I Manage Stress

Three ways I manage stress during the holidays and otherwise:

1.) Prayer/Meditation - Whenever I feel overwhelmed I love to pour my heart out to God. Just the time alone venting my frustration gives me relief!

2.) Hot Bath- Nothing like a good soak in the tub to drown tension.

3.) I'm a huge believer in everything/everyone has a place and everything/everyone should be in its place. I'm highly organized and many times stress is created by disorganization. If I start feeling stressed out I I take a look at what is "out-of-place" in my life and quickly work to put that thing back in order. I don't let other people's struggles dictate my happiness. I remind myself that we are all a "work-in-progress" and I quickly forgive and move on.
