Day 31: first week out of gym

This is my first week I don't go to the gym. And I already see some changes in my progress. It's not bad, I knew it would happen and I will work on it to make it better.
So first of all, I am not loosing my wight anymore. I am so jealous of people who can just cut out their calories and start to lose weight right away. I am not one of them. My body needs exercise. And the goal of the next week is to exercise more. I've been only walking (7 m/day), but after walking + gym 4 times a week, I might have to adjust my workouts.
Secondly, I didn't follow my nutrition plan 100% (I would say even not 80%) during these three months, so I might want to get better at this. If I had eaten something bad for me, I would just go to the gym the next day and workout harder. That's the bad thing about walking, I don't have time to walk more than 7 miles.
However, I should be possitive that my weight didn't go up. I still drink a lot of water although I don't exercise that hard. And I managed to move at home as well. I did some workout videos on Monday, Tuesday and today. Frankly, I didn't expect to be that commited to exercise at home, and it was a nice surprise that I have enough energy to do it and don't give myself any excuse.
