So far, I'm doing a terrible job of losing the 20-25 pounds my doctor ordered me to lose. My goal now is to do a better job of Spark People, thereby doing a better job of losing that weight. I'm going to view my Spark People and my Spark Coach like my job, the pay being...losing that weight. This is not for looking better, this is because I had Breast Cancer, and I better stop fooling around! This is my new committment.
Today I'm going to make Tuna Patties...mixing tuna, onion, celery, red/green pepper in a bowl with egg beaters, and a few crackers. Not too many crackers...and make a patty.
Then, in a skillet I have sprayed with non stick Pam, or a like product, I will brown the tuna patties. I will serve with green beans or yellow squash.
It is true, it really helps to write this stuff down!
