MY 5 GOALS
1) DO WATER EXERCISES AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
2) EAT AT LEAST 5 FRUITS & VEGGIES DAILY
3) PAY ATTENTION TO HOW MY BODY FEELS AND EXERCISE ACCORDINGLY
4) GET AT LEAST 7 HOURS OF SLEEP NIGHTLY
5] USE PORTION CONTROL EVERY MEAL AND SNACKS
