Day 3 - A Day of Rest :)

Today I am taking off. I could barely walk all day besides being in absolute pain, I am about to collapse from exhaustion. I have been pulling a ton of hours due to my long weekend coming up. I decided to let my body rest and hopefully recuperate :)

    You know the gains from working out come during the rest periods...that's when you body repairs the damage done, and makes you stronger, so relish the rest, and revive, and rejuvenate!
