Walking/Jogging ...whatever you wanna call it!

I am starting to LOVE cardio...I use to dread it . I would force myself to do it more because i thought i "had" to, now I want to do cardio everyday. I am not sure what changed. Today i did 60 min (5 miles) on the treadmil. I know it may not sound like much but I feel good. I varied the workout jogged some then did incline then slow jog again! My goal is by this time next year run a half marathon with a group of women from base!
