Day 2 - Sore Sore Sore :)

I did Day 2 today. It was cardio and abs.
I did 37min of cardio and 20 reps of 5 different types of crunches. I am hurting bad, but it's worth it. Especially since I almost gave in and didn't do anything.
My cardio was fast walk with the dog. She is currently passed out from the workout :)
