Maggie Update and Snow Bunny Photos

Wednesday, December 12, 2012

Maggie appears to be okay after her run in with the back yard gate Monday morning. She is eating fine and moving around pretty good. We think she took a good whack when she hit that gate in the dark. But I bet she is sore and is relaxing more in her numerous beds, She did get some snow time in today and i got a few photos of her in action. Picture her running full tilt like this and hitting a chain link gate in the dark.

Maggie actually standing still for a change.

We did another pass on the driveway with the snowplow tonight after work and went to my Mom's to plow her out again. Here are a few photos of Jim in his glory:

We did get 12 inches of snow. Here is a picture of our A/C condenser and the snow on it. The yardstick shows 12 inches of snow. Driving was a real treat the past few days on many of the highways.

And the finally this last photo is of me in my snow bunny outfit. Have my Steger mukluks on, snow pants and cozy Columbia jacket. I think we will be able to go snowshoeing this winter. emoticon

You look ready for just about anything! Love the pics of Maggie. I've never tried to capture a photo of Cooper when he is running full out. Glad Maggie is okay!

emoticon The snow is BEAUTIFUL!! I would enjoy it more if it just wasn't so COLD!!!
emoticon I am glad Maggie is OK. My Friend has a Miniature Greyhound who ran through the wires for the Christmas Lights at the Park (he was chasing a Squirrel!!) and required Surgery & Stitches.
