After reviewing my diet and supplement intake, I am going to just take a good fish oil supplement instead of the vitamin multipack with a fish oil tablet in it. I found a fish oil supplement that has 1000 mg of omega 3 fatty acids. What came in the vitamin pack only had 500 mg of omega 3's.

I am going to test that theory. After six months on just a fish oil supplement I will have a complete blood work up and see if there are any problems. My doctor and I have agreed to try using supplements one at a time when my health dictates. We feel this is a more targeted approach than what my Doctor refers to as a shot gun approach with a multi vitamin. I like the idea.
