Again Decisions, Decisions, Decisions

I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. I'm in Month #2 with Workouts #5 & #6, then Workouts #7 & #8 starts next week. January will be Month #3 and the conclusion of the Body Revolution. So far, I've lost 5 pounds doing this workout, which I'm quite pleased with! WooHoo!

Right now, I'm researching my next workout plan! There's so many choices! I could do a Chalean Extreme/TurboFire Hybrid because I have both programs! However, I was thinking about Tapout XT or JNL Fusion! I really need to consider my knees with my decision. Both of these choices have plyometrics which are hard on my knees! Ouch!

I've been reading reviews on JNL Fusion which indicated that the workouts do not have a warm-up or cooldown! What's up with that? What workout program does not have a warm-up or cooldown? That has me a little concerned. With Tapout XT, some reviews indicated that the workouts were difficult to follow and not produced well!

Then, I was thinking about Jeanette Jenkins as well. She has a new Kickboxing DVD along with Bikini Bootcamp. The Bikini Bootcamp has good reviews. Both of these DVDs together is definitely less expensive than Tapout XT & JNL Fusion! So, once more, decisions, decisions, decisions!

    Lol. You are a braver woman than me. I do not like exercise. I will run or jog because it gets me out the house. Otherwise I use dancing to burn calories. If I could dance my way through a weight training routine I would be in heaven.

    Congrats on the 5lbs though. Maybe you could take a 15 minute brisk walk to warm up your muscles before your workout and take another walk to wind down before stretching and massaging the muscles.

    OMG...the choices. I actually go through this every day! I haven't done an actual rotation since this summer but I have a rough draft of what type of workout I want to do and I have choices. I have choices. The worst thing I do is stand in front of the workout shelf and debate. Sigh.

    I love JNL Fusion...even though they do not have a warm up or stretch at the end...I pop in a 10 minute workout to begin the workouts and sometimes I just start off slower for the first 2 minutes then kick it up...and it works great! The workouts are around 30 minutes...the longest is 39 minutes so a quick short workout before is perfect...and then i stretch after...sometimes I use a foam roller or pop in a quick dvd stretch. I LOVE JNL Fusion... emoticon And I really like the cordless jump rope that comes with the advanced set. Have any questions about this set and I would be happy to answer them for you. emoticon
