What I Want

What I want in the next 10 weeks is to lose at least 20 more lbs. I also need to learn to drink more water. I need to gain more confidence in myself and learn more healthy habits.

    I need to drink more water too! I had a scare a couple of weekends ago, felt really dehydrated! One thing I have learned from exercising, it definitely boosts your self confidence!! emoticon emoticon
