No Snacking after 7:30p.m.
Drink 2+ bottles of water
Food Diary
Laugh / smile

Daily goals met (almost!):

Make healthy choices

Weekly Goals - at least 3x's / week:

Hit the gym (100%)
Core Workout (only 2x's)
Journal (100%)

Also took some measurements on Sunday - losing a 1/2 inch here, a 1/2 inch there! Feeling good and still motivated. Busy week again this week, but am making time for the gym!
