I'm with you on the egg train. Eggs are the best, and I do try to eat them for breakfast as often as I can. Lately, the problem has been that I've been waking up so incredibly late. Like just enough time to squeeze in a shower and then head off to work. I really need to start getting up when my alarm goes off and stop snoozing so I can have time for a more satisfying (and less sugary) breakfast.
I don't know if I can join you on the chocolate front. I'm gonna try next week to go chocolate free. Yesterday (my Monday) I received a huge PILE of chocolate from my boyfriend's mom. He's Welsh so of course she sent me, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Dairy Milk and Twirls... ugh! Why?! Anyway I've already had some chocolate yesterday (a moderate amount) and I'm going to try to just keep regulating myself this week. By next week though I will need a cleanse! You're a strong woman to resist that Flake! Go you!
Also, I love your Kindle cover - aren't Kindle's fabulous. I love regular books but the Kindle is so nice for carrying around town. Especially when you're reading Game of Thrones. What book are you on? I just finished the 5th one last month. ^^ Good luck with your non-chocolate endeavors! See you soon! 2507 days ago
Woo for eggs! I've always been a fan, but my eating plan for the past 7 weeks has included eggs, lots of them, for breakfast everyday. I use 2 eggs + 2 egg whites, veggies, beans/lentils and it keeps me trucking through lunch. Plus I've lost 10 lbs. and over 10 inches. So yes to eggs!
And I too will be abstaining from chocolate with you. Except for my cheat day next Sunday, then no chocolate again until Christmas. Sigh.
I recommend bodybuilding.com for good form tips on heavy lifting moves (deadlift) or moves that are easy to get wrong. As for routines, have you tried bodyrock.tv or Zuzana Light's ZWOW's on youtube? 2507 days ago
