New week- Still focused

I lost 0.9 of a pound this week. But I feel great . I have been using my fitbit one all week and I LOVE IT!!!!!! It really motivates me and keeps me on track. I have been reading my Spark book trying new recipes. Had the Salsa Tilapia last night it was great. I have been digging out some dvds and rediscovered my love of Leslie Sansone and did a 4 mile walk last night going to try 5 miles today after the Steelers Game. I even got up early and walked to mass this morning instead of driving. I also tried thebollywood workout this week. My weight isn't coming offas fast as I would like but my jeans felt looser today. I am very motivated and feel great. emoticon
