The journey continues

Yesterday was a day of changes. First my husband and I were going to go for a hike in the Hollywood Hills. We have a favorite place, however after about noon it gets crowded with locals, tourtists and everyone brings there dog as it is one of the few hiking areas that doesn't require dogs to be on a leash the whole time. Then we forgot an item for an errand we were running on our way to the hike, so back home we go. Then his mom called and we got sidetracked again. So finally, I gave up on the hike and instead did some resistance training using a band we have at home and my own body weight. We eventually decided to go to Santa Monica instead as we needed to get some bike supplies and got some good walking done. Yet I still missed my hike. Changes may come, but success requires being able to adapt the workout and own the new circumstances.
