Time for a Change

Today I hit a wall. I woke in a bad mood, I was angry at the world. I truly felt like I had nothing to look forward to expect the food I was putting on my plate. I have been so angry because my life has not changed very much since college and I am tired of it.
I am now 30 years and I had dreams that I expected to reach at this point. It's ok that I didn't reach them but I wanted to be at least moving in that direction.
As far as what I plan to do tomorrow:
-Weight-loss/ week: 2lbs please
-Exercise: Walking- 5000 steps/ day (This will get harder I promise)
-Nutrition: Water- 10 8oz glasses a day
Green Tea- daily
W W program recorded on phone
Weekly Food planned out by Saturday Night
1 cheat day- Saturday
- Weigh-in day: Friday
-Support: Report back in blogs and forums as needed.
