No Pain, No Gain

Saturday, December 08, 2012

No Pain, No Gain is a slogan used a long time ago. And for me the saying is true. The other day, I was stretching and had a slight pain in my abs. It's not the kind of pain you'd notice just sitting, but i noticed it when i stretched. And the cause? My little session of Wii Zumba 2! And the gain? A new home exercise option. I never thought I would get the kind of ab pain you get from core ST from a Wii video but I did. And I am so incredibly happy. I can now have an effective workout at home anytime I want it.

I know a lot of times they've mentioned that the Wii Fit is a good option to be active but it's not really exercise. Maybe the hoola hoop function for your core and the boxing option but not everything is viable for exercise. So I'm excited to do some more Zumba!

It depends on the pain. I think that they pain that they are now talking about is the one that will put you on the side lines and keep you from exercising for a while.
