Falling For Fitness Challenge - Week Seven Update

Wow, I can't believe that we're seven weeks into the challenge already! I didn't lose a single ounce this week, BUT that means I didn't gain either! The weather eased up a tiny bit and my running path was finally free of ice so I was able to get out for a run. Sadly, the temperature dropped again so I only managed the one run. It felt great to run again though and I'm looking forward to my next chance to do it again.
This week I recommitted to two of my streaks. The first one is simply logging in and spinning the points wheel. I've been forgetting to do that lately. I also recommitted to racking up a bare minimum of 120 fitness minutes each week. I'm pleased to say that I blew that one out of the water this week! I loved the unlimited points challenge and I used it as an opportunity to make up for my low fitness minutes during the past couple of weeks. I got out there and I walked and walked and walked. I also ran, swam, shoveled snow, danced, did some new workout videos and then walked some more. I am blown away by my total of 565 minutes for the week. I didn't think that was even possible!
My eating has not been fantastic, but it hasn't been terrible. We went to a Christmas party this morning and I managed to only have a few little nibbles of treats from the brunch buffet. Tomorrow night is going to be my big challenge. We're hosting a potluck party. I'm going to insist that everyone take their leftovers home with them!
