Yay! I get to exercise again!

Post baby I needed to give my body a rest. It took over a YEAR, a WHOLE YEAR, for my ligaments and things to go back to where they were supposed to and stop hyper extending.

But now that I have the go ahead I am back~! And as an added bonus I found a really great B12 so my weekly vegetarian days are 100% okay!

Could this day get any more exciting?!?!?

Exercise program chosen...INSANITY!

Diet plan chosen...SPARKY VEGGIES UNITE!

    That's fabulous news! Go enjoy yourself exercising! emoticon

    Two years later and I still get pubic pain when I run long distances and do some gym exercises all from the pregnancy ligament stretching. But it's worth the annoyance to be fit and know I won't have to wear a belt the rest of my life. I'm sure the benefits of the exercises outweigh the pain. I don't overdo it of course!
