Why Why Why?

Today's SparkCoach program asked us to figure out why I wanted to lose weight and get back in shape. Several reasons come to mind. In no particular order they are:
-so my clothes fit again
-so I feel comfortable in a bathing suit again
-so I have more energy and flexibility to better enjoy an active lifestyle
-to be healthy and stay healthy far into the future
-to feel sexy and confident
I think that'll do.
