So I always heard that after having a baby it was hard to loose the weight. I never realised how true that was till this morning. So I weighed myself this morning and I was expecting to maybe have lost a pound or something, since last weighed myself last Friday. yea, I lost 0. Nothing... I have been working out everyday for the past 5 day and I didn't loose any weight. How does that happen?

    Why that sometimes happens I have no idea. Maybe your food and fitness plan needs tweaking?

    I wouldn't say that has much to do with having a baby. I haven't had any children, yet I have experience the same thing multiple times along my journey. It probably is just your body making adjustments before it drops the weight.
