New goals and progress made

Excited today that I officially lost 61 pounds. Feels great. I have been working on training in a 10 week program for a 5k. Right now I'm on week 2 of that. running 2 minutes at a time and then walking the same. Looking back at my old blog I saw where I could only run 20 seconds at a time so I am proud of myself . It is good to see progress
