on my way to a better me

today i woke up and didn't want to go too the gym but did,i put in a 30 minute cardio on the ellipitcal. The second time this week; Now i feel some pain in my lower back i don't know if i over done it, but i did get in to the work out i just zone everything that is in my head out.

This getting back in shape isn't all that easy like some people may think that it is. I know for me doing a cardio work out isn't my cup of tea i really don't like doing cardio but if i want to lose the weight i know i have to put in at lease three days a week of cardio work out. And that not the half of this getting in shape,i have to plain all my meals, drink lots of water in which i haven't done ever before in my life its a new way of leaven; and i'm starting to enjoy the benefits of this life style.     My hubs really liked bike riding when he was heavier - it was friendlier to his joints than running and there is nothing he hates more than cardio in the gym. I don't know where you are or what the weather is like, but maybe it'll be more fun if you find something you can do outside, even if it's only a brisk walk.

    you're taking the first steps to a healthier you -- and it's no piece of cake. I'm not certain it ever gets easier but it does get more intuitive and more bearable. . and the benefits are worth every bit of effort!! emoticon
